Very cool complex. 3 swimming pools. Great sea view. We had a cottage with 3 rooms. There was everything for a comfortable stay of 6 people. Cleaning with change of linen and towels every 3 days. The parking lot is more than spacious. We rested in September. 2 weeks. The weather was great. The administrator Maxim is very helpful and positive. We will definitely go again. I put it firm 5.

We booked a deluxe room, but then they called us and offered a loft room for the same price, which is more expensive because the deluxe rooms were busy for the weekend. They met us perfectly, told everything – showed. The room has all the dishes, towels, disposable slippers, rugs for the beach. With the window open, the sound of the sea is heard, and it is perfectly visible from the window, the sea is right under the cliff on which the guest house is.

Everything was very cool, I liked everything. We got a lot of impressions and pleasure. On vacation we spent 10 nights (from September 5 to September 15) in a suite. We were accepted into the apartment with a four-legged friend for which we are very grateful to Maxim. The apartment was located on the third floor, with a separate entrance and a private terrace. The view from the terrace was directly on the sea – incomparable! With the weather, we were very lucky, it was very warm, we were able to swim both in the pools and in the sea. The room had everything you need for rest and cooking. On the territory of the Sea Extravaganza there is an opportunity to order delicious dishes close to the national cuisine! Affordable food prices! There is also an opportunity to enjoy a hookah, for just 400 rubles you will be offered a wide selection of flavors. We arrived by car and there is a private parking on the territory of the Sea Extravaganza. Thanks to the car, we traveled all over the Crimea! The biggest highlight of the Sea Extravaganza is the rooftop pool and tunnel descent to the private beach. Very cool panoramic panorama. An ideal place for photo sessions. During our stay at the Sea Extravaganza, the wedding of the winners of the “Wedding as a Gift” contest took place. Thank you for your hospitality!

The only disadvantage of the guest house is that it is difficult to find it, so upon arrival, either order a transfer, or take care of your mobile connection to call the staff. Everything else is beyond praise. Very cozy rooms, decorated with love, with a comfortable kitchen, which has both pots, pans and champagne. A terrace overlooking the sea, where in the evenings it is very cozy to wrap yourself in a blanket. Private beach, outdoor pool, gorgeous Russian bath. Attentive staff, ready to answer all questions and help. There is a playground, but I would not recommend going there with very young children, since a rather steep and long staircase leads to the beach, and the beach itself is in the form of a pontoon on the water. We will definitely come back as soon as possible!

We rested in this guest house with my husband and we just fell in love with this place. We had an amazing view over the sea, and the room itself was decorated so comfortably that I just didn’t want to leave it. We were completely satisfied with the service provided and we know that we will come back here again.

There is a kitchen, which is convenient, but it so happened that we did not cook much. The hotel has an excellent rooftop pool, as we were told, the only one in Crimea. The pool is clean, we spent most of the time there. But the beach is also very good and clean. We went to the bathhouse, which is also on the territory of the hotel, I don’t really understand, but my husband said that the bathhouse is very good and the bath attendant is a professional. Special thanks to the owner of the hotel, very nice people, helped with any requests and I liked everything very much. If we still go to Crimea, we will definitely stop at the Sea Extravaganza.

We decided to go to Crimea on our little honeymoon trip. The Sea Extravaganza was chosen as the place of residence. What can I say. We liked everything! As for the room itself, there is order with it: clean, comfortable, fresh (there is air conditioning). The territory is also at a height: pools, playground, private beach (not sand, but we are not amateurs). We were lucky with the weather, so we swam a lot and walked a lot. I am a lover of silence, so the fact that the hotel is located on the outskirts of Sevastopol really pleased me. At first, my wife was not very happy about this, but then she appreciated it more than mine))) Quiet, calm, clean air, sea, everything you need is nearby. What else do you need for a great vacation? Summing up, I want to say that we will definitely come here again. Soon the bridge will be completed, so there will be absolutely beauty. I give the hotel 9 out of 10 (so that there was still room to grow). In general: young people!

We need to eat what they cooked ourselves, what they covered for us in the cafe. This year, we only left the hotel three times, took a break from our city bustle. Thanks to the Sea Extravaganza!

The hosts try very hard to make the guests’ rest as close to home conditions as possible. The rooms are cozy, everything you need is there. An interesting exit to the beach is through a tunnel in the rock, for this alone you can go there. But I can’t quite imagine how to swim there, all around the rocks.

Hello. I would like to share my impressions of my vacation in Sevastopol at the “Sea Extravaganza” guest house. This year they decided to “change the Mediterranean with the Black”. For us, the priority on vacation is the choice of quality apartments for accommodation and some distance from the bustle of the city. We rested together without a child, so we chose a one-room apartment. Clean, comfortable and very nice. It is felt that the owners approach all the details with soul and uncommon. Very cool design! To be honest, at first, when booking, the price seemed a little overpriced, but since we arrived for almost two weeks, they made us a pretty decent discount, and life began to play with different colors ))) In fact, the cost corresponds to the quality. We have something to compare with, we are avid travelers. Next time we will definitely take our daughter and grandmother here, we have already looked after a family apartment. By the way, the sea is great here, the beach is closed, so it is very comfortable and calm.

Excellent apartments for families (just for families, there are no hot spots nearby, there is silence, and in the neighbors you will have couples with small (and not so) children. Be prepared for this). The service is very good, the staff is ready to answer all your requests. The only negative is the beach. But not far away (literally 10 minutes walk) there is another, more convenient one.

The menu is not very big. But the quality of the food is very good. The price for 1 dish is around 300 rubles. If you want variety, a mini-restaurant in a nearby hotel is a 3-minute walk away. Market – 10 minutes by taxi, 200 rubles a trip. Metro shop and local shopping center Orange – 15 minutes by taxi, 250 rubles trip. To the center of Sevastopol about 35 minutes by taxi or car. The price of the trip is also quite affordable. This Hotel is ideal value for money. Recommended for relaxation.

На территории есть свой бассейн под открытым небом. Пока мы проживали в отеле, сотрудники трудились над благоустройством территории, готовясь к сезону. Летом будет еще лучше.)) Есть собственный пляж, на который можно попасть, спустившись по лестнице вырубленной в скале. Замечательный вид на море со смотровой площадки. Местный ресторан оценить не удалось, так как он был закрыт из-за низкого сезона. Персонал очень приветливый. Если будем в Севастополе летом, с удовольствием остановимся в этом гостевом доме.

We really had a rest, firstly, the hotel is small and has its own territory, so the little boy (2.6 years old) played quietly on the territory and we were especially worried about him and his wife – you were lying by the pool, and the baby was playing himself. Probably 8 times I’m in the Crimea! Last time I was indignant at my hotel, I just didn’t know that there was a “sea extravaganza” nearby. Everything is at home, clean and tidy! There is everything to live as you want !! And director Maxim, very well done, not to say otherwise! I recommend guys to everyone, couples, families, everything is here for an excellent and comfortable stay! And there is also a monument to the Great Patriotic War – “Battery 35” nearby!
